Aster Talent’s Professional Development practice was created to provide learning opportunities to meet the specialized needs of both investment and non-investment professionals in alternative investment. We offer bespoke and public workshops across a wide range of topics, including communication, leadership, EQ, technical/productivity and more.
Today, we work with some of the most prestigious financial firms in the world and are looking for a team member who wants to be part of our growing business.
The ideal profile for the Director, Professional Development is an individual who can not only be a credible facilitator, but a thought partner in how we can continue to expand, improve and develop our business.
Workshops this individual would facilitate include, but are not at all limited to:
- Communicating with Impact
- New Manager Training
- Mastering Difficult Conversations
- Executive Presence
- Presentation Skills
- Resilience/EQ
Qualifications:
- Experience in Talent Development, L&D and/or Training, ideally in professional services, strongly desired but not required.
- Superior communication and/or facilitation skills
- Outgoing, personable, flexible, entrepreneurial
- Must live in or near NYC
